The school offers a range of sports activities for students. AIS encourages student representative teams to take part in competitive sports that are individually arranged.

• AIS students participate in swimming, basketball, volleyball and cricket. The school conducts a sports Day for students to develop teamwork and allow students to get acquainted with their peers.
  
  
• The school also has a series of 'House competitions' in which students participate. This includes academic, sports, cultural and activity events.
  
  
• Students of AIS can earn excellence on their reports of their classroom performance i.e. work completion, attitude, punctuality, handwriting, reading, attendance etc.
